sorting beads? well kind of...

I got 16 bean soup and thought it would be fun for the girls to sort them... then my plan was to throw in some math and have them count by 2's 5's 10's total them and so on...

The girls got 12 of the 16 beads sorted and Mac and I had to go to gymnastics (she got moved up to a class that will be competing... maybe )...Belle starts worrying that Jack will eat all of the beans and that they looked really dirty and need to be cleaned - so she asked Michael (who was not paying attention) if she could wash them - Yea.... They all got soggy in the water .... so luckily I bought two bags and we will try it again....

I also bought some more uno cards and asked the girls to see how many cards they could find that added up to 10  here is what they found...

We also watched Word Girl and learned some new words and there meaning....

We have a Squirrel that we are trying to train to come get food out of our hands - he or she has taken it out of my hands once - yes he might eat our hand off put they are so cute...

Mac and Isabelle are both getting really good at putting the states in place.  We have a game called shake the states - Mac decided to do second level which has no line for the states and did it with no help - Belle of course didn't want to be u outdone by her sister so she did it also with no help... I am so impressed - I don't think there is a lot of adults that can do that....

Last is the cutest picture of McKenzey when she was 2 at little school - how she has grown...

Marine Science Center

We went to the Marine Science Center at Ponce De Inlet.....

We learned about stingrays and got to pet them...

Isabelle said they felt slimy, McKenzey said they felt smooth...

We learned about manatees, mosquito's and how they help rehabilitate turtles that they find on daytona beach...

We got eggs that the girls got to put them in water so they will hatch....  dinasour or turtle...
Belle got a brown turtle and Mac got a green turtle

We also learned about birds in the area and her are the videos...

Art Art and More Art

We made the craft project that our Aunt Nancy sent us (2 years ago I think)...

They had to follow the instructions and ended up with....

Belle made a mermaid

Mac made a sock puppet, horse

We went swimming but only lasted 5 minutes...

And last Mckenzey saw a bird outside our porch and looked it up on the internet and this is what she found out...

We ended up at a car show and Mckenzey took all the pictures of the cars she liked so enjoy....

I think she likes taking pictures of the licence plates and engines the most  :->

We also found this really cool bug that Belle and Mac did the research on this and found out it was a..Are research and very little knowledge of bugs makes us think that this is the butterfly we found basic black and yellow butterfly just coming out of its cocoon...

We also made fake snow which was very very fun  here is the video.....

This is a picture a couple took of a 3 wheel bike - he loved that the girls like his bike so much he peeled out in front of us as he left...

Math, Math, and more math

We worked on our fractions, times tables, addition, subtraction and on grouping ... and lots lots more....

McKenzey's 8th Birthday...

McKenzey turned 8.... what did we do -

 Saturday we went to Michael's happy place  - 3 parks in one day ..

 Animal Kingdom

We learned - yes we had school and learned about dinosaurs, bugs and flowers and butterflies.... We talked to the people that work there and they tell you really interesting stuff. 

Last we wnet to our happy place Epcot and did Kim Possible adventure and saved the world again in Epcot.

On Sunday we decided to take a drive stopped for lunch and had icecream



Then we drove back down A1A and took our first farrie ride across the river,

and stopped a Flagger Beach and learned about the animals and rocks in the area..
